As a Provider, there are three ways you can participate on the TUR website.

Join TUR as a Service Provider
Join our international platform for taking up residency.
- Market your company and expertise to an international audience of foreign professionals, entrepreneurs, students, senior citizens and others, who are seeking professional support before, during and/or after taking up residency abroad.
- Publish a company profile on the TUR website to present your services and expertise in English.
- Receive contact and/or information requests from potential customers.
- Demonstrate your company’s value through the ratings received from customers.

TakingupresidenceTM (TUR) covers many aspects people think about prior to immigrating to a new country. TUR has categorised relevant information in 19 different sections for each country. If you still can not find the answers you need, we provide links to a variety of information and service providers for further guidance and support.
TUR offers detailed information for the following themes:

The information provided in these sections is reviewed quarterly by TUR’s editorial staff who consult the TUR Network of Reviewers (TNR).
Each reviewer has a professional background or expertise in at least one of these areas.
Registration options & benefits
Before you register, (1) determine the right category of expertise (see above) for your listing, and then (2) select from one of the two provider options (Gates of Arrival) that best meets your needs.
Below is a side by side comparison of benefits available through each gate. A more detailed description of each benefit follows the chart.
- Listing in country of residence: List your organisation in the country where it’s located. A company registration and listing is valid for one country and category only.
- Company profile presentation page: This allows you the ability to:
a. Briefly showcase your services
b. List locations (could be several offices)
c. Offer rating and reviews from other customers
d. Allow visitors a way to contact your company for more information
e. click through to your company website
As a Gate 2 provider, you will also be able to:
f. show pictures of your company and / or team
g. confirm whether or not your company is a First Class provider
h. provide verified credentials
- Visual regional representation in map: head office and subsidiary locations can be allocated to one or more regions in the map.
- Company logo on presentation page: To tailor your company profile it’s possible to let the TUR Customer Service desk upload the company logo into the company presentation page.
- Page view and URL click-through statistics: with the simple click of a mouse, you can find out how many (unique) visitors viewed
your company presentation page, and how many clicked through to your company website.
- Information and contact request log: requests for service providers are logged and can be accessed via the registered company profile or by email, if so desired.
- Participating in the TUR rating system: Allows users to leave feedback and rate your service performance.
- Pictures / slideshow on presentation page: Gate 2 providers may upload a maximum of 5 pictures which will be shown in the upper right corner of the company presentation page.
- Reference verification and sign: Optional to all providers. You may list 2 references. Gate 2 providers can request these
references to be verified by TUR after which a ‘verification’ sign
will be visible in the references section on the company presentation page.
- Priority listing: Gate 2 providers are eligible to become a First Class provider with a Priority listing once they have complied with
the TUR code of conduct on professional standards and have provided 2 (by TUR verified) references. They will have several additional options (see above) which may allow them to appeal to a wide international audience.
TUR code of conduct
First Class providers are committed to providing exceptional customer satisfaction, sustaining high professional standards and adhering to fair business practices. The following standards represent this commitment.
- Company profile: The provider will maintain a complete profile detailing services and relevant company information in the category the company profile is listed.
- Information and contact request log: The provider will respond within 2 business days, communicate with the customer in a professional manner and provide up to date information within his / her expertise. The provider further agrees to never share any customer details with third parties without the prior explicit consent of the customer.
- Feedback: the provider will pro-actively ask for feedback and ratings from customers for services performed using the TUR feedback and rating form.

All subscriptions are for a minimal period of 1 year. It’s possible to upgrade from Gate 1 to Gate 2, but not vice versa. If you are unsure, we recommend you start at Gate 1. A few weeks prior to the end of your subscription, you will receive an email requesting
your continued subscription with TUR.

Join TUR as an Information Provider
Joining the international platform for taking up residency is free for Information Providers who fulfill at least one of the following
criteria:
- The organisation has to add value to the website and has no commercial objectives.
- The organisation is part or an agency of, a public service department.
- The organisation is supported by the government, supports the public knowledge of the country’s cultural heritage, or is functioning as an overall representative body and has no direct commercial objectives.
Acceptance is subject to approval by TUR. To apply, please contact TUR.
End a Service Provider subscription
Service Providers may modify their information at any time and as often as necessary through the provider profile pages, which are accessible after login. To end a Service Provider subscription before the subscription end date please notify TUR.
