Finding & Enrolling in School

Enrollment regulations vary for each canton and community. If your child will be attending a public school, it will be the one closest to where you reside. Links to the enrolment information appropriate for your location can be found on the Swiss Portal web site.

Should you choose to send your child to a private school, it can be whichever one you choose (and are able to afford). Inquire with the school you are interested in to get enrolment information.
