The Countryside

There are plenty of leisure activities to be had in the Swiss countryside. The country’s many mountains and lakes make for pleasant recreational activities such as hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, and a multitude of other outdoor activities. Rural tourism and farm holidays are increasingly popular, where families can get out of the cities and live in a rural area or on a farm where they can observe and participate in farm activities.
